EARN A MASTER of SCIENCE DEGREE in ADULT EDUCATION and HUMAN RESOURCE Improvement Courses are provided online and on Saturdays at the FIU at I-75. Our students have worked in many countries and regions such as Spain, Andorra, South Korea, the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, Germany, and the U.S. in a range of capacities like: K-12 social science teachers, ESL teachers in the U.S. and abroad, international education credential specialists, and international education study abroad plan directors.
The system prepares students for careers in greater education which includes positions as student advisors, managers of assistance programs for traditionally underrepresented students, student housing specialists, student programming specialists, organization managers, and distinct administrative positions at all levels inside greater education organizations.
Students full seated and on-line coursework to develop the expertise, abilities and background valuable for serving in advanced and senior level academic, administrative and analysis roles in 2-year and four-year institutions of greater education, national and international associations, government agencies, and other post-secondary educational settings.
The Master of Science degree program in Adult Education and Human Resource Development (MS/AE&HRD) is created for folks who are, or want to serve as, system coordinators, directors of non-profit agencies, neighborhood school administrators, outreach pros in workforce improvement, community and technical colleges, instructional designers, trainers, human overall performance consultants, and/or researchers.
Graduates who complete the Online Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration are usually employed in places within larger education organizations associated to institutional advancement and administration, faculty and organizational development, plan arranging, evaluation and coordination, or teaching.
